DT live broadcast of Rock am Ring attracts 600,000 views

Deutsche Telekom said it's had a successful start for its new music service MagentaMusik 360. The live coverage of the Rock am Ring festival attracted over 600,000 viewers, and about 50,000 people have downloaded the MagentaMusik 360 app. 

A total of 33 concerts at Rock am Ring were shown live in HD streaming, of which the majority were in 360-degree format. Other events coming up on MagentaMusik 360 include the Gorillaz Showcase on 20 June from Cologne, which will be available as a live stream in 360-degree video. MagentaEins customers will also have an exclusive advance purchase option for priority tickets for the upcoming German concerts by Rag’n’Bone Man and Queens of the Stone Age.
