Dunstone reduces Dixons Carphone holding to 1.2%

Charles Dunstone has sold around 80 percent of his shares in mobile phone retailer Dixons Carphone according to a regulatory filing, reducing his holding from 6.9 percent to 1.2 percent, reports Bloomberg.
