The new site Film.nl is launching 31 January in the Netherlands. It was first announced last September as a free service, available via app and website, to help consumers find ways to access films and TV programmes in a legal way. The search engine shows availability in cinemas, on DVD or Blu-ray, and on VoD and TV services, according to industry group NVPI. The site is backed by the industry, with no advertising. A campaign featuring major Dutch actors will promote Film.nl.
