Dutch IT service providers grew sales 6.1 percent year-on-year in the fourth quarter of 2017, according to the state statistics bureau CBS. Growth was in line with the 6.3 percent rate in Q3 2017.

The IT sector outperformand the overall business services market, which grew by 5.8 percent in Q4. On average, IT services grew by 5.7 percent per quarter in 2017, double the average rate of 2.3 percent in 2016.

Prices in the sector have also been increasing since the start of 2017, the CBS said. That follows a decline in prices in 2016.
