Dutch MVNO market grows 10% to over 3.5 mln users

The mobile virtual network operator business model remains popular in the Netherlands. The number of MVNOs reached around 50 in September 2008, and the number of customers at MVNOs increased to 3.51 million, up 10 percent from a year earlier, according to Telecompaper's latest MVNO market report. MVNOs now account for 17.3 percent of all Sims on the market, up from 17.0 percent in September 2007.
