Dutch regulator opens consultation on High-quality Wholesale Access without KPN regulation

Dutch regulator ACM has submitted a (long-delayed) draft version of the Market Analysis for High-Quality Wholesale Access (HWT) for consultation to parties involved in the market for business telecom services. Comments will be accepted until 14 January. In the market analysis, ACM proposes no further regulation for the market, due to increased fibre competition.
