Dutch state sues owner of 112.nl domain

The Dutch state has started a lawsuit against the holder of the web domain 112.nl. The government wants to the use the website for a national campaign about the emergency services number 112. The owner of the site, Bram Heerink, has held the domain since 2001 and refuses to give it up. A hearing is set for 19 April.
