East Africa Community aims to collaborate on cyber-security

East Africa Community (EAC) member states have resolved to collaborate to combating cyber-security risks, which threaten their economies. Communication Commission of Kenya (CCK), director of Information Technology (IT) Michael Katundu told a regional cyber-security forum under way in Nairobi that this will help reduce the vulnerability of the whole region to cyber crime. He said the EAC has resolved to develop a coordinated way to deal with cyber-attacks in the region.
