Eazy offers broadband/voice service on Unitymedia network

German multichannel sales company Vertriebswerk has started to offer broadband and fixed telephony services on the Eazy brand using the cable network of Liberty Global subsidiary Unitymedia in Hessen, North Rhine Westphalia and Baden-Wurttemberg. The basic service offer 20/1 Mbps broadband plus fixed line and Wi-Fi enabled modem for EUR 11.99 per month with a 24 months contract and activation fee of EUR 39.99. The 50 Mbps version offering 50/2.5 Mbps cost EUR 19.99 per month. Customers can also order a fixed telephony flatrate offering free calls to German fixed networks for EUR 4.99 a month extra. With flatrate, calls to German fixed networks cost EUR 0.025 per minute and calls to German mobile networks cost EUR 0.199 per minute. Customers can order the Eazy packages without the need for an active cable TV connection.
