EC opens tender for CERT coordination plaform

The European Commission has launched a call for tenders for the establishment of a core service platform between participating EUstates to coordinate cooperation among computer emergency response teams (CERTs). The project will receive support from the Connecting Europe Facility, which supports ICT projects of common interest for EU states. The new platform will be open to national or governmental CSIRTs (Computer Security Incident Response Teams) and CERT-EU on a voluntary basis. The harmonisation of collaboration procedures between CSIRTs is expected to improve cooperation between them and
