EcoCash still clearing transaction backlog after platform upgrade

Econet's EcoCash says its working to clear customer queries after the platform upgrade a week ago.  Eddie Chibi, the CEO of parent company Cassava Smartech Zimbabwe, said transactions are now going through normally, but it is clearing a backlog of transactions, particularly those arising from third-party integrations. Chibi said he was aware of the queues that had built up in shops on 25 November as customers sought front-office resolution of their queries.
