Zimbabwean operator Econet Wireless has scrapped contract line arrangements, prompting post-paid subscribers to pay in advance for talk time and roaming, ITWeb reported. Econet Wireless has thus halted contract line arrangements for its subscribers and placed them on a pre-paid platform.
