Edge Networks targets mid-size markets with new Evoca broadcast TV service

The company Edge Networks announced the launch of a new over-the-air TV service in the US, based on the ATSC 3.0 broadcast standard. Launching first in Boise, Idaho this summer, the Evoca service will offer over 80 news, sports, local and live TV channels "for less than half the cost of cable", the company said.
