EE adds 1.3 mln 4G customers in Q2

UK operator EE said it added 1.3 million 4G customers in the second quarter, reaching a total of 4.2 million at end June, and that it was on track to pass 6 million by the end of the year. Revenues for Q2 fell 2.5 percent year-on-year to GBP 1.56 billion. For the first half, operating revenue was stable at 0.1 percent excluding regulatory impact and down 1.3 percent including the impact. EBITDA reached GBP 760 million, with an EBITDA margin of 24.4 percent, up 1.2 percentage points from the year before.
