EE chooses CloudSense platform for enterprise sales

Wednesday 29 April 2015 | 21:41 CET | News
UK operator EE has chosen the CloudSense Telecoms Platform to help its enterprise sales teams to configure, price and quote (CPQ) for new mobile services quickly and accurately. The system from CloudSense will be used to target mid-sized and enterprise customers. EE expects to increase the speed of launching new products and prices, streamline the IT administration and gain key pricing and performance analytics.  By integrating into existing systems the CloudSense platform provides EE with a refined view of customers from within Salesforce, improving sales engagement and efficiency.
