EE partners Bafta to offer film screenings in rural areas

UK operator EE has started a series of film screenings in rural areas, in order to promote its expanded 4G coverage. The films are shown in cooperation with the British film academy Bafta, as part of EE's partnership with the group. The 4GEE Community Cinema Club started in Gimmer Crag in the Lake district, which was recently connected with EE's 4G network. Additional screenings are planned in rural communities in Wales, England and Scotland over the summer month. Each of the communities will also be given a kit with a 4G Wi-Fi device, a connected projector, wireless speakers and a movie
