EE to hire 800 customer service agents for the UK

EE plans to hire over 800 contact centre advisers for sites across the UK in a major recruitment drive. The advisers will fill positions in North Tyneside, Merthyr Tydfil, Darlington, Greenock, Plymouth and Doxford. Of the 800, over 100 will be apprentices hired as a part of the EE apprenticeship programme. EE wants to bring back all customer service calls to the UK and Ireland, and created 1,000 new jobs already last year. The company also wants to offer the best customer service in the UK mobile industry.
