Egyptian mobile operators and NTRA encourage electronic top-ups, granting 30 times more minutes and units

Egypt's National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) and the mobile operators have agreed to promote electronic transactions for balance top-ups, either through operators' mobile applications or the e-cash service. Customers will receive 30 times the charged balance as free minutes and units when using e-payment, with the offer being valid for a month and maybe more.
