Eir attacks ComReg for 'flawed' payphone obligation decision

Irish telecoms company Eir has attacked regulator ComReg for its 'flawed' decision to extend its universal service obligation (USO) to provide payphones until October 2020, reports UK newspaper 'The Times'.
