Eir confirms below-national-average gender pay gap of 11.2%

Eir has published its first Gender Pay Gap Report, outlining the difference in hourly wage rates between men and women. The company's gender pay gap was 11.2 percent in 2020, which is 2.7 percent under the national average gender pay gap.
