Eir confirms EUR 350 million notes offering, issues quarterly update

Irish telecoms company Eir has announced the launch of an offering by subsidiary Eircom Finance of senior secured notes worth EUR 350 million. The proceeds of the offering will be used to prepay part of Eir's existing facilities. The notes will mature in November 2024 and bear an interest rate of 1.75 percent.
