Eir starts search for apprentices

Irish operator Eir plans to hire up to 50 new apprentices through a two-year on the job and in the classroom training programme. The new recruits will join the team maintaining eir's rural fibre network, which will have passed more than 335,000 premises by the end of this summer. Applications are open to candidates who completed the Leaving Certificate or equivalent exams and have a full driving licence.
