Eir, Vodafone agree to urgently address customer service problems

Eir and Vodafone Ireland have agreed to urgently address serious problems with their customer service, reports the Irish Times.

Senior executives from the operators held remote meetings with Deputy Prime Minister Leo Varadkar and Communications Minister Eamon Ryan on the morning of 20 November. They are understood to have accepted that they have failed to meet customer service expectations in recent months and outlined plans to resolve these issues.
