Elisa Estonia to raise cable TV rates

Estonian operator Elisa has announced that it plans to unify rates of its Elisa Elamus and Elisa Klassik cable TV servcies. As a result, the monthly cost of the Elisa Klassik package will increase by EUR 1.99.
