Elisa makes offer to Anvia shareholders

Finnish operator Elisa said it is making a tender offer to all shareholders in Anvia at EUR 2,000 per share. The offer will begin on 15 April and end on 08 May 2015. Elisa currently owns 26.8 percent of Anvia, making it the biggest shareholder. Anvia is the fourth largest teleoperator in Finaland with EUR 106 million revenue in 2014. The offer is being arranged by Nordea Bank Finland.
