Elisa, MTV, Sanoma, Viasat win digital terrestrial licences

Finnish regulator Ficora said it has granted 22 programming licences for digital terrestrial television operations in the period 2017–2027. The licences have been granted to Elisa, MTV Sisallot, Sanoma Media Finland and Viasat.
