Elisa says Covid-19 pandemic highlights importance of traditional customer service phone lines

Finnish operator Elisa said the Covid-19 pandemic has shown that customer service via telephone still plays an essential role. The number of voice calls to local administrations, associations and other public organisations doubled year on year between February and May. Calls to healthcare and medical organisations were up by about 50 percent.
