Eltel Networks' president of management board Kunc to resign

Network design company Eltel Networks' (ENSA) president of management board Dawid Kunc has decided to leave ENSA in Poland. Kunc joined the company, earlier named K-Tel, in 2002. Przemyslaw Fabis has been appointed as the president of management board. He has been with the company as the CFO since 2007, member of Board since 2008 and more lately vice president of management board. Prior to joining Eltel, Fabis served at Ernst & Young. Kunc and his management team have played a role in integrating the fixed telecommunication acquisitions with Eltel and continuing to develop the business and
