Embratel launches automated chat bot for digital assistance

Embratel launched Bot Pronto, an automated solution that implements AI-based virtual assistants in customer service processes. The offer manages message exchanges in digital channels and allows conversations to be performed through texts, images or interactive resources in natural language. The new solution is suitable for companies that operate in various segments, such as financial, services and retail. Bot Pronto Embratel uses AI services based on IBM's Watson Assistant.
