EMEA PC market stabilises on desktop renewals in commercial segment

The EMEA traditional PC market (desktops, notebooks, and workstations) grew 0.6 percent in Q1 to 17.5 million units, according to a research by International Data Corporation (IDC). The commercial space grew 6.2 percent due to enterprise renewals, while the consumer space declined 5.2 percent as market saturation in Western Europe led to heavy declines across the region.
