EOH appoints new board members

South African technology group EOH has announced the appointment of independent and lead non-executive directors to its board. Sipho Ngidi has been appointed as independent non-executive director from 20 February. Ngidi has over 20 years of HR experience at Nampak, South African Breweries and Standard Bank.
