EOH files criminal charges against employees following probe

South African technology group EOH says it has concluded its forensic investigation of suspicious transactions worth ZAR1.2 billion, ITWeb reported. Legal firm ENSafrica has helped EOH in submitting reports to the authorities as well as proceeding with criminal charges and other legal processes to recover losses, the company says.
