EOH says no longer reseller of Microsoft software licences

Tuesday 26 March 2019 | 10:57 CET | News
EOH said in a notice to shareholders that Microsoft is doing its own probe into contracts involving Microsoft and government, which would take six to twelve months to conclude. EOH said meetings and correspondence between EOH senior executives and Microsoft SA leadership are ongoing to discuss the impact of the termination. Microsoft has advised EOH it would not be able to enter into any discussions regarding re-instatement of the partnership until its investigations are concluded.
