EPTC registers two subsidiaries ahead of planned split

Eswatini Posts and Telecommunications Services (EPTC) has registered two subsidiaries in preparation of the company being split, Times reported. The two subsidiaries are the Eswatini Telecom and the National Contact Centre BPO Services for wholeal. The Electronic Communications Act of 2013 prepared the way for the split and opening up the company to competition, and the new division is expected to lead to cost efficiencies and better cash flow at the operator.
