EQT sells cyber security company Utimaco to SGT Capital

EQT Private Equity has agreed to sell Utimaco, global provider of cyber security and data intelligence solutions to SGT Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed, with the deal expected to close in Q4 2021, subject to regulatory conditions and approvals.
