EQT Ventures sells stake in Small Giant Games to Zynga, implied valuation USD 700 mln

The EQT Ventures fund said that it has agreed to sell its stake in Finnish mobile gaming studio Small Giant Games to social game developer Zynga. The implied valuation of the Small Giant Games transaction is USD 700 million. EQT Ventures led a USD 5.7 million Series A round in March 2017 and then another USD 41 million investment in January 2018.
