ER-Telecom to absorb 7 companies

The management council of Russian operator ER-Telecom has submitted a draft decision to its shareholders, on the reorganisation of the company, reports Akm.ru. The operator plans to merge with companies Vebra, Intertaks, Binom-TV, Intek, Svod,Dinaet and Rapir Telecom.
