Ericsson, CWC reach Caribbean managed services deal

Ericsson has reached an agreement with Cable & Wireless Communications (CWC) to provide managed services for its Flow-branded network throughout the Caribbean. The three-year contract includes field services such as corrective and preventive maintenance of the mobile core and radio equipment, as well as a Network Operations Centre (NOC) to monitor and maintain the mobile network for Flow in Anguilla, Antigua, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Jamaica, St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and Turks & Caicos markets.
