Ericsson has 45% of Brazilian 4G market

Ericsson has a 45 percent share of the 4G market in Brazil and does not expect that this will change with the introduction of 5G, as its wireless equipment is already 5G-ready, reports Mobile Time. Ericsson managers told the press at an event in Rio de Janeiro that the company has 18 contracts signed globally for the development of 5G infrastructure, and five of them are already in the implementation and use phase, as for example in the US with Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile.
