Ericsson launches 2020 Graduate Programme in Africa

Ericsson has announced the 2020 edition of its Graduate Programme in Africa. It aims to expand participants' technical skills, train them in the Ericsson technology, and improve their delivery and understanding its processes, methods and tools.  Half of the graduates hired are women, under the Ericsson Educate and local Connect to Learn projects to support women in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths).
