Eritrea installs wireless phone service

The Eritrean Telecommunication Corporation Service is expanding wireless phone service to all the country's administrative regions, according to the state information portal Shabait.com. The operator's GM Tesfaslasie Berhane said phone lines will be distributed in March and April. The installation of the lines will begin in Asmara and over 120,000 customers are expected to benefit from the service. The necessary equipment has already been installed in Mai-Nefhi, Ademneger, Kehawta, Haz-Haz, Maitemenai, Tsaeda-Kristian and Gejeret in preparation for the distribution of lines. Similar
