Eros Now strikes content licensing deal with Chinese online video-streaming platform iQiyi

Eros International, a global company in the Indian film entertainment industry, has announced that Eros Now, its digital over-the-top (OTT) South Asian entertainment platform, has partnered with Chinese online video-streaming service iQiyi for a content licensing deal. online video site iQiyi reports it currently has around 6 billion hours spent on its service each month and over 500 million active monthly users. Eros Now has partnered with Baidu-owned Chinese streaming company iQiyi for a content agreement to license its catalogue of Bollywood blockbusters that will be showcased on iQiyi.
