Espial shareholders approve takeover by Enghouse Systems for CAD 56.5 mln

Espial shareholders have approved the company's takeover by Canada's Enghouse Systems for CAD 56.5 million. The vote took place during a special meeting on 21 May, with a 70.94 percent voting in favour.
