Esports viewing reaches 26% of Chinese web audience in Q3, 9% in Denmark and 8% in Sweden

Over one quarter of internet users in China watch electronic sports at least once per month, according to Ampere Analysis. It said 26 percent of the Chinese web audience watched e-sports at least once monthly in the third quarter of 2019. Western markets lagged behind but Denmark and Sweden led European viewing, with 9 percent and 8 percent respectively of users watching e-sports on at least a monthly basis.
