Estel launches mPOS platform for Asia, Africa, LatAm

Estel Technologies, a provider of mobile financial services for MNOs, banks and service providers in emerging markets, has launched its mPOS platform for card payments acceptance in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Estel's mPOS technology converts an Android smartphone into a card accepting POS terminal by combining it with a smart mobile application and an external card reader which is attached to the phone via its headphone jack.
