Friday 22 December 2017 | 11:58 CET | News
Cuba's state-owned telecommunications operator Etecsa has announced the launch of its 'Nauta Hogar' residential internet service in the eastern city of Santiago de Cuba after carrying out an initial trial in parts of Havana earlier this year. The limited launch will see the ADSL-based service rolled out to 821 potential customers in selected parts of the city, with prices ranging from USD 15 a month for a 1024/256 kbps connection to USD 70 for a 4096/512 kbps service, reported the ACN news agency.
