Ethernet Alliance opens new 'PoE Program' to public

The Ethernet Alliance made its new Power over Ethernet (PoE) certification programme available to the public after being launched in May for members. The organisation said that the programme provides a simple method for determining products capable of interoperability which is needed given the rising numbers of both standards- and non-standards-based PoE products entering the market.
