Ethio Telecom posts 12% rise in H1 revenues

State-run operator Ethio Telecom said its revenue increased by 12 percent to ETB 25.6 billion in the six months to 31 December 2020 compared with the same period in 2019, Reuters reported. Ethio Telecom reported USD 650 million in profits from 01 July to 31 December, which it attributed to mobile voice services, which generated 49 percent of the figure, and data services, at 26 percent.
