Etisalat unveils new postpaid per-second billing plan

UAE operator Etisalat has introduced a new postpaid tariff that allows subscribers to design their own payment plan, and make savings with per-second billing and reduced voice and data prices. Under the 'New Postpaid' package, customers will pay AED 0.25 per minute for local calls and AED 0.50 per minute for international calls. All calls are billed on a per-second basis, which brings additional savings for subscribers making calls for less than a minute. Etisalat has also reduced data charges by 50 percent by introducing a 1 GB package at AED 50. Additional services under 'New Postpaid'
