ETSI, EENA run first European emergency communications tests

The European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) and the European Emergency Number Association (EENA) have announced the launch of the first Next Generation 112 (NG112) emergency communications plugtests at ETSI headquarters in Sophia-Antipolis, France, from 14-18 March. The aim of the event is to trial independently and jointly all components of the 112 communication chain based on next generation networks.
